At Funnel Revival, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of our services, programs, or digital products.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our services and programs are designed to deliver strategic value from the moment you begin working with us. This includes:

  • Time-intensive strategic work tailored specifically to your business

  • Proprietary frameworks and methodologies shared during our engagement

  • Access to expertise and insights that cannot be "un-delivered" once provided

  • Limited capacity offerings where your spot prevents another client from booking

Once strategic work has begun, intellectual property has been shared, or a program has been accessed, the value has been delivered and cannot be returned.

For Funnel Revival Intensive Clients:

If you complete the pre-work and attend your 90-minute strategy session and don't have absolute clarity on what's broken and what to fix first, we'll stay on the call until you do—or we'll part ways before payment is processed.

For Implementation Sprint Clients:

We confirm scope, deliverables, and timeline during the kickoff call before execution begins. If the scope expands beyond what was agreed, additional work will be quoted separately—no surprise scope creep.

For All Clients:

  • Clear expectations set upfront

  • Detailed agreements outlining scope and deliverables

  • Open communication throughout our engagement

  • Professional, high-quality work delivered on time
